Insufficient lubrication on elevator guide rails causes vibration, service interruptions,increased maintenance costs, and unpleasant noise. Traditional elevator lubrication methods are often imprecise, resulting in over- or under-lubrication. This can cause oil spillage, splattering, and accumulation at the bottom of the shaft.
